Key technology in our country
Robotic welding is equipped with linear welding and two workstations with positioning devices up to a weight of 1000 kg. The maximum weld size is 3180x650x650 and up to 1000 kg. The workstation is mostly used for serial welding.
Methods
We weld using the MIG, MAG and TIG method.
We hold the following welding certificates ČSN EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 and ČSN EN ISO 15085-2
Adaptation to customer needs
Robotic welding uses automated systems and high accuracy is achieved through the stability of the welding system and the need for continuous weld consistency. Ideal for small and large batch production, where speed and repeatability are required.
